Karnage Collective — Returns & Refunds

Our shirts are made to order. Please review the size chart and your order details before purchasing. We do not accept returns or exchanges for size changes, ordering the wrong size, or change of mind.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email karnagecards@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and affected area. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or appropriate refund for an eligible claim.

Please contact us before sending anything back. We will provide any necessary return instructions after reviewing your request.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies required by applicable law.
