About this store
Karnage Collective is operated by Kyle Coffman, a sole proprietor doing business as Karnage Cards & Collective in Texas. Our online store is hosted on Shopify. For questions about these terms or an order, contact karnagecards@gmail.com.

Orders and product information
Please provide accurate contact, payment, and shipping information and review your selected size before ordering. Our apparel is made to order. Product images illustrate the design; screen colors and printed colors may vary slightly. Product descriptions and size charts are provided to help you choose.

Prices and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Prices may change for future purchases without changing the price of an order already accepted. If an item becomes unavailable or an error prevents us from fulfilling an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for items we cannot supply.

Production, shipping, and order changes
Production and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping policy and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation. Because products are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production begins.

Returns and product issues
Our Returns & Refunds policy applies to purchases. We do not accept returns or exchanges for size changes or change of mind. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, email karnagecards@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can review and resolve the issue.

Store content and use
Please do not copy or reproduce our original designs, logos, or other protected store content for commercial use without permission. Do not use the store for unlawful activity or attempt to interfere with its operation.

Privacy and your rights
Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Nothing in these terms or our other policies excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Updates to these terms will be posted here with a revised date; the terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
